To join forces with Chef Bobby Marcotte and Paul Simbliaris of The Tuckaway Tavern & Butchery in Raymond, NH is nothing short of thrilling. A successful entry with a trailblazing concept into the Alternative Burger niche in a crowded fast casual burger category was one that would take innovation, precision, hustle, thought, and great story telling, a feat that Bobby and Paul thrive on.
From complete brand development, foodservice plans, construction management, to operational day-to-day processes we worked along side their team to bring this vision to life. 1 Year later hop + grind was lucky enough to be awarded BEST NEW RESTAURANT in New Hampshire by New Hampshire Magazine, has been featured on Phantom Gourmet and Chef Bobby Marcotte has become the reigning champion of Food Network's - Guys Grocery Games.
The second hop + grind location is currently scheduled for an early spring opening at the North Shore Mall in Peabody, MA.
